Saving Communities.
Changing Lives.

WHO WE ARE

The Hope Initiative of the Big Bend, Inc. was established to provide substance abuse prevention services, assist victims of crime through advocacy, support youth, seniors and the overall development of local communities. The Hope Initiative of the Big Bend, Inc. seeks to feed homeless and impoverished individuals, while providing household products to struggling families. This is done through generous donations in partnership with local churches, food pantries, local governments and other not-for-profit entities.

The Hope Initiative of the Big Bend, Inc. is comprised of skilled, dedicated individuals, including counselors, retired law enforcement officers, social workers and community advocates who have given their lives to public service. Our team is committed to ensuring that every individual who comes through our doors is given a fair shot, and gets the rightful help and services that they need.

WHAT WE DO

The Hope Initiative of the Big Bend serves to contribute to the complete development and maximize to the fullest potential, members of the greater community who are suffering as a result of criminal victimization, illiteracy, food insecurity, poverty, disability and homelessness. We serve the forgotten and downtrodden members of some of the poorest neighborhoods in North Florida through various community partnerships and the volunteerism of concerned residents and neighborhood leaders.

Often times, residents of our communities are unaware of the litany of services that are provided throughout our community. The Hope Initiative seeks to bring these services to those who are most in need, and provide these community services and programs free of charge to vulnerable populations.

LOCATION
